Important Show Policies

BUYER POLICIES

1. A photo ID is required to pick up badges for pre-registered
   guests.
   
2. No children younger than 16 years of age will be allowed
   onto the show floor, other than infants in baby holders
   or baby slings, no strollers. No groups of any kind are
   allowed into the show without permission of the show
   manager. There will be no exception to this rule, so please
   plan accordingly.
   
3. No cameras, photo cameras, or other recording devices will
   be allowed on the show floor.
   
4. In compliance with the Pima County regulations, there is
   no smoking allowed inside the Tucson Expo Center.
   
5. No animals will be allowed inside the Tucson Expo Center
   with the exception of service animals accompanying
   individuals with disabilities.
   
6. J.O.G.S. International Exhibits reserves the right at its
   sole discretion to determine if a buyer is qualified to
   attend the show based on the information provided by the
   registrant. The J.O.G.S. Gem and Jewelry Show is a private
   event and we hold the right to refuse entrance/service to
   anyone. 

VISITOR POLICIES

Non-wholesale buyers may enter the Show as Visitors if they
received an invitation from J.O.G.S. A distinct Visitor
badge will be given to those individuals who cannot prove
that they are wholesale buyers. Exhibitors hold the right to
refuse sales to Visitors. Visitors may not attend the the free
Champagne Brunch Buffet or internet lounge.

NON-EXHIBITING MANUFACTURERS

Non-exhibiting manufacturers must present the following:
 1. Personalized business card
 2. Photo ID/Passport
 3. Brochure/picture of related items manufactured.

PRIVACY POLICY

We are committed to keeping your e-mail address and other
personal data confidential. We do not sell, rent, or lease
our registered buyers/visitors' records to third parties, and
we will not provide your personal information to any third 
party individual, government agency, or company at any time. 
We will use your e-mail address solely to communicate Gem and 
Jewelry Show information.

I (we) agree to hold J.O.G.S. harmless from any and all claims,
demands, suits, liability, damages, loss, costs, attorney fees,
and expenses of whatever kind or nature which might result from
our attendance or participation in this show.

To register, please

Fill-in your company information, such as address, phone and fax numbers in section .
In section fill-in names of every person in your company, who will visit our show, including yourself.
Read and accept our Show Policies at section and click on "Register" button once to complete registration process. Confirmation details including your Customer ID Number will be emailed to the email address* provided by you. Badges will be mailed to you several weeks prior to the show**.

Note: You may only register online once. Duplicate registration records will be removed from the database. To change your registration details, such as mailing address or to add more buyers please click here.

** Badges are mailed free of charge to registered buyers/visitors within the United States of America, including States of Alaska or Hawaii. We do not mail badges to:
