JOGS Gem and Jewelry Show Unveils Rare Crystal

Be the first to see the newly discovered, exquisite and rare Meercat Crystal.

The unique "Meercat" crystal was created by Mother Nature more than 500 million years ago. Found at a depth of 45 meters, over 56 feet down in the Otjua Quarts Mine in Namibia-West Africa. This rare find will be on display at the JOGS Gem and Jewelry Show.

The Meercat Crystal is presented at the Show by the Kristall Gallery (PTY). Kristall Gallery specializes in limited gems directly from the miners of semi-precious stones, amethyst, tourmaline, citrine and pietersite.

J.O.G.S. Tucson Gem and Jewelry Show is the largest and most popular independent jewelry trade show in the Arizona area. Wholesale jewelry manufacturers, miners and international dealers gather every winter at the Tucson Expo Center to showcase their latest finds of rare and exotic gems and jewelry.

For the 2008 show, there will be approximately 800 booths of exhibitors selling wholesale finished jewelry, cut stones, gems, beads, coral, turquoise, amber and much more.

Take a drive this weekend to this free event and find deals and one-of-a-kind jewels. J.O.G.S. Tucson Gem and Jewelry Show is the largest and most popular independent jewelry trade show in Arizona. Wholesale jewelry manufacturers, miners and international dealers gather every winter at the Tucson Expo Center to showcase their latest finds of rare and exotic gems and jewelry.

For the 2008 show, there will be approximately 800 booths of exhibitors selling wholesale finished jewelry, cut stones, gems, beads, coral, turquoise, amber and much more.

You can also visit the Sculpture Park showcasing work from artists around the globe.

Take a relaxing stroll through the Stone Garden created from Feng Shui Designers and Arizona Landscapers balancing natural elements with extraordinary stones and sculptors from the show's featured vendors.

Direct from the frozen tundra of Siberia is an exhibit of the world's largest mammoth remains hosted by the Shidlovsky's National Alliance Ice Age Museum.

Free Classes All Weekend at JOGS Gem and Jewelry Show

The Art of Feng Shui will be taught all weekend at the Gem and Jewelry Show in Tucson. Shop till you drop and then drop into a free class on the Art of Placement or the Influence of Gems and Minerals.

Feng Shui classes and seminars will be offered all weekend to the public by Lisa Montgomery from Feng Shui Arizona in Mesa, and certified Feng Shui Practitioners and internationally renowned artists.
