Beading & Jewelry Design Exhibition by Art Bead Circle

Dear Jewelry Designers,

J.O.G.S. and Art Bead Circle LLC cordially invites you to partake in a one of a kind international exhibit. The exhibit will take place on January 28 to February 9, 2011 at the Tucson Expo Center 3750 E Irvington Rd Tucson, AZ 85714. We are currently seeking to arrange ten to fifteen jewelry pieces from each country worldwide from designers willing to display their items. These jewelry pieces could be made by using different jewelry techniques such as: beading, wirework, chainmail, polymer clay, silver clay, macramé, crochet, and more.

Participating Designers will receive free publicity and are scheduled to be interviewed by numerous TV and radio stations. Art Bead Circle LLC will provide travel and hotel assistance if requested. We will promote your business by distributing your business cards, flyers, and any other commercial materials you may provide us. Your works will be viewed by thousands of JOGS Show visitors, Boutique stores, galleries, and department stores. We will provide 24/7 security for your work. Your items will be exhibited and protected in glass displays. It would be beneficial for you to collaborate with other artists in your area. Combine your work with theirs and submit it together. This will save you time and shipping costs.

You must email pictures (1-2 photos, 300-400kb each) of your work for exhibition no later than December 24, 2010
We must receive your work no later than January 24, 2011. Ship your work to:

Lana May
3227 E. Angela Drive,
Phoenix, AZ. 85032

Your items will be returned to you at the end of the exhibition on February 11, 2011. They will be insured and sent back using tracking numbers. We will inform you and the people you collaborated with when your items should arrive.

Our last "One of a kind" exhibition took place on February 2010 and was very successful. The exhibit was open to only United States Artists, but we have expanded this time to include exciting works from around the world. Numerous works were published in magazines, books, and catalogs from our last exhibition. Many designers were invited to different jewelry associations to teach workshops. Art galleries all over the US now hold exhibition-sales for the designers. If you would like to sell your work, make sure you let us know the price of each item you send.

Thank you and I look forward to your submissions.
